Instead of going to the jail for booking where you must be booked, fingerprinted, given a medical exam, and eventually change into the orange jump suit, there is an alternative. The Tampa Self Arrest program lets you visit an off campus building where you can turn yourself in and take care of bail all at the same time.

Come in to Armando Arcos to arrange bail beforehand and we will take you to the self arrest building 150 feet from our front door. You will be processed through and released immediately without a need to visit the jail.

Although we are opened 24 hours a day, every day, self arrest hours are from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Friday on non-county holidays.

Here are a few other specifics for the self arrest Program:

• Must have a valid Florida ID
• Appropriate dress
• No Hats or head gear
• You will be fingerprinted and photographed
• Wait time usually between 20 to 120 minutes
• Self arrests on off hours must go to the jail.
